Job Description & Requirements
- To meet and discuss with clients regarding project scope and time schedule
- To receive info from client and discuss project with internal team
- To prepare preliminary plans for initial meeting
- To present plans to client and building management
- To prepare detailed scale drawings upon approval of preliminary drawings
- To co-ordinate the activities with internal project team, customers and building management authorities
- Responsible for colour coordination, selection of materials / textures / images, furniture / fittings, specifications and preparation of colour / material boards for presentations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and others to develop leading edge, innovative interior design solutions
- Work handson in creating unique design elements
