Your Role
The key objective of this role is to strengthen PALO IT’s positioning in the industry in Singapore as a Tech for Good company and supporting the business in achieving their strategic goals. This role will be part of an overall strategy to accelerate the growth of driving our business towards the tech for good space. The role would ideally suit a passionate, cross functional marketing professional, with a strong expertise in B2B growth marketing, who enjoys autonomy and working in a dynamic team. This role works closely with the Global Chief Marketing Officer and will be based in Singapore.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with global chief marketing officer & leadership team to define lead generation omnichannel campaigns
- Develop & execute a local marketing plan to drive Tech for Good motto & service offerings
- Own the end-to-end marketing funnel, leveraging on data to drive insights
- Work with sales to boost pre-sales activities and convert new clients to PALO IT
- Generate direct and indirect revenue from online content, events and marketing related activities.
- Implement a strong growth marketing strategy (CRM and new customers)
- Actively participate in tech, impact and industry related events with thought leadership speaking opportunities
- Develop a partnership & influence strategy for network and key stakeholders
- Build a strong PR strategy to build awareness and credibility on the markets
- Boost efficiency of the owned media touch points (website and LinkedIn)
- Build compelling content factory and leverage marketing channels to spread the messages
- Understand the competitive landscape, customers, and influencers
WHO YOU ARE
- Marketing profile with at least 7 years of experience
- Thinker and Doer mindset
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology marketing or consulting
- Solid background in the tech industry and relevant experience in sustainability will be preferred
- Good understanding of business priorities and strategies and capacity to influence decisions
- Good understanding in offline and online marketing strategies
- Good capacity to connect sales & marketing and develop lead generation strategies
- Strong expertise on growth marketing Inbound, outbound, ABM), knowledge on HubSpot will be a strong plus
- Collaborative skills and ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the demands of a diverse culture
- Self-motivation and confidence with a high degree of initiative is required
- High level of problem-solving skills and attention to detail is critical
- Have had exposure to an entrepreneurial culture, implemented new ideas and brought innovative solutions to the business
