Service Engineer

Reporting Structure:

  • Supervisor(s): Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the duties of maintenance and service role
  • Perform the duties of a customer service role
  • Perform the duties of a project support role
  • Perform scheduled roster duties
  • To provide assistance to the Manager, Customer Service, both on-site and off-site
  • To liaise between the main contractor, sub-contractor and suppliers
  • To maintain, repair and ensure the functionality of the equipment
  • To perform duties which are not mentioned above from time to time, but are necessary for the growth and fulfillment of the Company’s requirement
  • To observe and adhere to all Company’s rules and regulations
  • Support for Data Centre Facilities management

Requirements:

  • Diploma / ITC Cert in Information Technology, Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Service-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful, dynamic, highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at different levels
  • Hands on experience
  • Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays when necessary
