Job Descriptions:
- Manage the daily preparation and production operations.
- Ensure that all activities conform to SAF guidelines.
- Responsible for the quality of all food items prepared in the production kitchen is as per company’s standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and according to recipes.
- Produce or directly supervise the cooking of production items that require skill sets.
- Ensure that both the preparation kitchen and production kitchen are staffed adequately for maximum productivity.
- Ensure that all required food ingredients are ordered, stocked, and properly stored.
- Must comply with SFA Food Hygiene standard and Factory cleanliness are always maintained.
- Maintain inventory of production equipment and communicate any concerns or needs.
- Ensure quality control by checking our products during production & delivery.
- Any ad-hoc duties will be assigned as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in kitchen or factory environment is preferred.
- Candidates are required to handle heavy item and able to daily carry 10-25 kg products.
