Job Description:
- Training new staffs
- Manage staffs’ work schedules
- Able to source staff in situation of shortage of staff
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant & kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies, drinks (including alcoholic drinks) supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Manage reservations
- Entertain guests with a professional and positive attitude
- Work closely with kitchen staffs so that restaurant operates efficiently
- Manage Social Media Marketings
- Suggest and immplement ideas to develop the place.
