The Leadership Institute is registered Private Educational Institute (PEI) in Singapore, and we are currently looking for Head of Training for our SSG WSQ Programmes.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Organisational representation for SkillsFuture Singapore compliance and correspondence
2. Trainer Management, Quality Control and Scheduling
3. Marketing Agent Management
4. Financial Management with P&L responsibilities
5. HR Management
6. Work closely with the Training Team to ensure SSG Compliance
REQUIREMENT
- Prior experience managing WSQ programmes and training an asset
- Degree required
- ACTA or ACLP required
- DDDLP preferred
