Descriptions
- Development of new business and management of existing clients
- Build & strengthen good relationships with the clients, prospective clients, and associations.
- Finding and creating new business prospects, as well as undertaking business development of Integrated Facilities Management company and relationships with potential customers/ service partners.
- Involve and assist in IFM tender business proposal, administration, and submission process.
- Developing and sustaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Identifying and building rapport with the stakeholders to ensure good support.
- Compilation and interpretation of sales and other management reports
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management, Business Management, or any relevant related discipline from recognized educational institution.
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences in facilities management and business development portfolios
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidate with facilities management operation experiences or equivalent will have an added advantage.
- Excellent team player Proactive and independent
- Business Development experience with good networks and experience
- Good Written and Communication skills
