Descriptions

  • Development of new business and management of existing clients
  • Build & strengthen good relationships with the clients, prospective clients, and associations.
  • Finding and creating new business prospects, as well as undertaking business development of Integrated Facilities Management company and relationships with potential customers/ service partners.
  • Involve and assist in IFM tender business proposal, administration, and submission process.
  • Developing and sustaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and building rapport with the stakeholders to ensure good support.
  • Compilation and interpretation of sales and other management reports
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management, Business Management, or any relevant related discipline from recognized educational institution.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences in facilities management and business development portfolios
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Candidate with facilities management operation experiences or equivalent will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent team player Proactive and independent
  • Business Development experience with good networks and experience
  • Good Written and Communication skills
