- Provide maintenance for all production machines / equipment in our factory.
- Assess and analyse current production methods, develop and draft improvements for the production process.
- Design development plans to increase the speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality of poultry products.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain the equipment and guarantee desired results.
- Diagnose origin of machines / equipment breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to obtain materials or tools needed for maintenance of machines / equipment.
- Follow and ensure that all machines / equipment adhere to state, federal and company enforced safety rules and regulations
- Inspect and maintain all machines / equipment and prepare weekly maintenance report for the management.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned by management.
