- Facility Executive needed to assist the Facility Manager in the daily operations and to lead a team in provision of maintenance services:
- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
- Supervise, plan & organise a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ad hoc maintenance and their work routines.
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
- Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services, Property, Estate Management.
- Possess good communication skills and customer orientated.
- Possess good adaptability and must be a good team player.
- Possess own vehicle or Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate would be an added advantage.
