Roles & Responsibilities

  • Submission of documents online to SkillsFuture Singapore for training grants application
  • Data entry and submissions of learners' details, training history and grant application into government portals
  • Ensure proper online and physical filing of documentations in order to be audit ready
  • Coordinate scheduling training classes with centralized training team and trainers
  • Enroll learners to classes via the online portal
  • Manage incoming training requests, collate, and resolve conflicts
  • Manage training attendee communications proactively
  • Provide support for trainers and learners for online and in-person classes

Requirements

  • PC literate & proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Positive working attitude, willing to learn, have strong sense of responsibility, and good team player
  • Proactive, demonstrate good initiative and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Salary shall commensurate with qualifications and working experience
  • Fast learner, multi-tasker & able to work in fast pace environment
