Job Summary:

- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar/West Coast
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) + Saturday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning and coordination, and oversee all architectural finishing works on-site
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the project and ensure all related architectural activities are carried out as per drawings
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, as well as the accuracy of construction drawings, charts, and forms
- Coordinate with Architect, Structural, M&E staff members, other team members, and subcontractors to resolve any challenges
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
- Ensure quality of work is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural works supervision in relevant construction fields for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
- Possess 3 years of managing MRT projects in Singapore
