Account Assistant

Tian Sheng Logistic Hub Pte. Ltd.

Salary: $2800-$4000

Job Description
- Perform timely and accurate monthly closing
- Preparation of monthly AP and AR

- Check and follow up with payment matters
- Support in finance-related administrative matters

- Income/ Expenses entries into ERP system
- Support in internal and external audit matters

- Prepare monthly payroll

- Handles staff attendance, leave updating

- Assist in the day to day administrative/ operations support
- Other Ah hoc finance projects

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Accounting related qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of work experiences
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work under tight deadlines


Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5pm,alt Sat 8am-1pm
