Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all food and beverage production and presentation of high quality cuisine at Sushi Counter.
- Maintain Costings.
- Ensure that all stocks are ordered to the correct quantities, quality and price.
- Responsible for the hygiene / food safety.
- Attend to Diners’ complaints and feedback, if any.
