Analyst

Avista Advisory Partners Pte. Ltd.

Research:

  • Preparing market and industry research reports highlighting key issues, trends and outlook as advised by the senior team
  • Undertake research on special projects or sector to identify business opportunities including Potential Clients for the various products at Avista
  • Track identified companies/sectors on a regular basis for key events and announcements
  • Prepare and circulate newsletters/reports relating to the research on a monthly basis
  • Provide the industry related inputs for the creation of transaction materials
  • Conduct detailed industry analysis and develop firm Industry knowledge of one or more sectors

Transaction Execution:

  • Provide execution support to the senior team
  • Assist in the preparation of company valuations, financial models, company marketing documents and client presentations
  • Research background material and provide inputs for the preparation of key transaction documents:
  • Client profiles
  • Information Memorandums, Pitch Books and Teaser documents.
  • Management presentations
  • Work with the senior team on the financial model and analysis including:
  • DCF analysis
  • Valuation of companies based on comparable company analysis
  • Precedent transaction analysis

Administrative:

  • Provide administrative support to the deal team
  • Responsible for all client files – hard copy and soft versions to be maintained and kept up to date and backed up on the server.
  • Ensure that deal critical documents like NDA’s, Mandate letter etc. are stored correctly in hard and softcopy and backed up on server
  • Set up and send out meeting and conference call requests
  • Ensure that the closed deal process is followed (necessary client communication, preparation of tombstones, website updation, preparation of case study etc.)
  • Regular document archiving , filing and appropriate destruction
  • Creating and updating company databases in a timely manner
  • Assisting the senior team in drafting client engagement letters
  • Maintain client relationships by managing day to day inquires & obtaining appropriate information to execute assignments
