Business Development Manager

Job Description

1. Manage Corporate & Individual Sales of training courses (Safety & Diploma Courses).
2. Provide consultancy and advice to potential students regarding courses offered by Jurong Academy.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.
4. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and partners.
5. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
6. Organise and participate in promotional events and open houses.
7. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
8. Complying with applicable legal requirements and code of conduct.

Job Requirements

1. At least Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
2. Class 3 / 3A Singapore License with clean driving record an advantage.
3. Strong sales background, preferably in the education & training sector.
4. At least 3 years of sales / marketing experience.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proactive, motivated, and results-driven approach.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
8. Knowledge of the latest trends in education and training.
