Job Description & Requirements
- Assist the Contracts Manager in closely monitoring contractual issues for the project
- Attend to all relevant contract administration and documentation for projects
- Prepare tender submission and post tender measurement, handle monthly progress claim
- Prepare, compile and issue sub-contractors’ documents
- Cost analysis and estimation or budget cost for projects
- Liaise with suppliers for quotations
- Able to analyse tender pricing and to prepare building work tender
1) Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying
