Job Responsibilities
- Plan and organize monthly routine maintenance schedule of technicians for all lift and escalators
- Supervise day-to-day service operation and functions, ensure work comply with quality, environmental and safety requirements
- Communicate with customers on operational needs, inquiries and feedback
- Provide good customer relations and service support to clients
- Ensure all technicians perform their tasks and works with due diligence
- Assess and monitor competency and performance levels of technicians
- Provide On-the-Job Training to technician to improve their skills and knowledge
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or NITEC in Building Environment (Vertical Transportation)
- Minimum 10 Year(s) of working experience in the lift and escalator industry
- Strong Technical skills
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Strong self-motivation and achievement attributes
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Good written and oral communication skills
