Maltem Asia is currently seeking a IT Systems Administrator for a Global Technology Client based in Singapore.
Responsibilities :
- As a "Single Point of Contact" (SPOC) for our users, you will work together in a dedicated team and will be responsible for receiving and processing IT support requests and disruptions by telephone or in our ticket system
- You analyze and resolve any software and hardware malfunctions that occur, always ensuring that user satisfaction is guaranteed
- You are responsible for installing and configuring software applications for users
- You are also responsible for the correct processing of tickets in your own workgroups
- You carefully document customer communication and the measures taken in our Ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- In addition, you will support and represent your onsite support colleagues in systematically analyzing and resolving complex problems in 1st and 2nd Level Support at the respective location.
- You are always attentive and identify weak points in processes and workflows and participate in the development of improvement measures.
Requirements :
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field of IT Specialists for Systems Integration.
- Broad understanding of IT operations (Service Operations) and support processes.
- Good technical understanding of IT Infrastructures.
- Solid experience in dealing with ServiceNow and ITIL V4 Foundation knowledge.
- Experience with ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- IT support or service desk and your knowledge of the configuration and administration of Microsoft-based systems.
