Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative duties for resident-related activities.
- Responsible for daily book keeping duties.
- Deposit the received payment (Cheque & cash) in the bank regularly.
- Ensure proper filing of all documents.
- Responsible for the reception counter and phone call and reply email.
- Record feedbacks of residents and re-direct to the attention of supervisor.
- If required, may need to assist the residents related booking of facilities work within the Condominium’s Clubhouse as and when directed.
- Perform other administrative duties instructed by supervisor.
- 5.5 working days per week, alternate Sat off for confirmed staff.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act will be an added advantage
- Mature and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
