Key Responsibilities
- Review/analyse Job Descriptions (JDs) to highlight information gaps and ensure alignment with the organisation’s staff structure and framework
- Recommend adjustments to the contents of the JDs to produce greater clarity and relevance
- Assist with other Staff Structure review related matters
Requirements
- Min Degree with at least 4-5 years of HR experience, preferable in doing Job Evaluation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hay Job Evaluation Principle
