Job Description and Requirements:
- To provide administrative support
- To prepare quotations and invoices
- To handle proper documentation
- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- To assist manager in daily work
- Minimum Diploma holder and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (Construction Sector)
-General office admin duties as assigned by manager
-Create and maintain material purchasing price list (Regular Suppliers)
-Project Management (Procurement and Post project documents)
-Prepare the progress claims
-Any add hoc job from Manager arrange
