- Preferably 1-2 years' experience in facilitating ICDL, Microsoft Office courses.
- Preferably 1-2 years' experience in facilitating young adults.
- Possess at least a Diploma or its equivalent in Information Technology or ICDL certificate.
- Possess proficient knowledge and skills in MS Office and basic computer operation essentials.
- Resilient individual with a passion for working with young adults and youths-at-risk.
- Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
