Responsibilities:-
- Manage inventory holding and shipping arrangement
- Liaise with suppliers including group of companies and 3rd party supplier such as warehousing/repacking services etc
- Issuance of Purchase Order and close monitoring to ensure on time availability of goods according to promotion/product plan and maintain healthy stock holding
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of inventory system information with regular reporting
- Assist to ensure key critical areas of stock system are controlled and any discrepancy are addressed and resolved.
Requirements:-
- Diploma in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related qualification
- At least 3 years of related experience in Logistics and Supply Chain coordination preferably in MNC or FMCG environment
- Entry level candidates without working experience may also apply
- Meticulous and good with figures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & stock monitoring system
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
