Description and Responsibilities:
- Enhance brand visibility, pinpoint potential clients, and expand the customer base, with a specific emphasis on the construction sector.
- Establish local project clientele, collaborating closely with the sales team to bolster revenue channels.
- Take charge of and spearhead business development initiatives within targeted market segments.
- Collaborate with partners and the sales team to identify opportunities for promoting the company's products and services, aligning with the financial goals set by the company.
- Execute plans and strategies outlined by the General Manager and the company.
- Collaborate with partners on key internal functions and engage inactive customers to maximize financial targets.
- Address sales inquiries and generate quotations.
- Issue sales orders and delivery orders, ensuring timely coordination with the warehouse for shipments.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Management as needed.
Requirements:
• Possess a minimum of a Diploma from a reputable institution.
• Accumulate a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction-related sector.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Exhibit excellent negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Display the ability to initiate and implement changes, ensuring the establishment of processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate closely with the Management to formulate effective strategies for business growth.
• Adaptability to work flexibly under pressure, meeting demanding deadlines, and effectively prioritizing conflicting demands.
• Showcase outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
