- Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support
- Assist in inventory management, logistic support, co-ordination and customer service
- Any ad-hoc duties and support when necessary
- Filing, photocopying, scanning & faxing of documents, etc
- Manage admin duties such as data entry, email, preparing of simple contracts & issuing of invoices, etc
- Handling of mails and phone calls
- Care ,maintance, preparation and storage of flowers upon receiving and schedule
- Other general administrative works, including cleaning and organizing of studio
