preparation and flipping of dough for Pratas.
Able to work in a Prata Shop.
Able to work independently and coach Junior chefs.
Lead, mentor and manage the kitchen team.
Ensure food quality is of high quality.
Manage inventory of stock and order raw materials.

Prepare culinary dishes and meals as per orders requested by servers and ensure that it is ready and served at the right time.
Develop and initiate cost-cutting ideas without sacrificing the quality and taste of the dishes.
Ensure compliance to regulatory of food safety, quality, health and hygiene standards at all times.
Organising Duty roster for staff.
Practice good kitchen hygiene.
Able to work weekends and public holidays.
