Job Description:

The Client Relationship Manager will be instrumental in growing our clientele and maintaining robust relationships with our ultra-high net-worth clients. This role demands a high level of professionalism, superior communication skills, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and develop relationships with potential ultra-high net-worth clients, offering investment solutions that align with their financial goals.

- Sustain and enhance existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and fund managers to devise and execute strategic sales plans that meet our clients' investment objectives.

- Stay updated on financial market trends and developments to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.

- Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote our services and expand our network.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

- Demonstrated experience in sales, client relationship management, or similar roles within the financial services sector, real estate, insurance, or any client-oriented industry. Candidates from customer service-focused industries seeking a career change are also encouraged to apply, especially if they have a strong background in hospitality or customer-facing roles.

- Exceptional networking skills with strong contacts in the wealth management industry, among ultra-high net-worth individuals, and investors will be considered a significant advantage.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of high-net-worth individuals.

- Good understanding of the financial services industry, particularly investment products and services.

- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
