Job Description
- Assess therapy needs of students aged 7 years old to 18 years old.
- Structure therapy goals which are synchronised with the school curriculum.
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to support the occupational performance (self care, school-based learning and recreational engagement) of students.
- Provide therapy sessions in combination of 1 -1 and group format.
- Sustain/ develop school-wide programs which benefit students in their occupational performance.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited polytechnic or university.
- Full or conditional Allied Health Professions Council (Singapore) registration.
- Candidate must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders such as Teachers, Psychologists and families of students.
- Practical experience volunteering or working to support persons with autism spectrum disorder/ intellectual disability is an asset.
Working Hours
Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6pm
