Job Highlights:
- 12-months renewable/convertible contract
- Up to $4,500/month + 1-month bonus

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, put away, and order picking.
- Supervise a team of warehouse members and oversee their performance.
- Ensure accuracy of the data recording and proper document retention.
- Effectively manage resources, pallet racking, forklifts and utilization of warehouse space.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate transaction of finished goods, raw materials and packaging items in WMS systems.
- Coordinate with 3PL service providers for production, quality, safety, planning to ensure a smooth order management operations.
- Manage inventory disposals of damaged, excess and obsolescence products according to local chemical regulations.
- Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports related to warehouse such as inventory & picking accuracy, space utilization, on-time receiving & resources utilization.
- Ensure compliance to all warehouse procedures, 5S, safety and audit requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Management within the Logistics/Warehouse Operations or similar functions.
- Proficient in using WMS or SAP system
- Possess a valid forklift or reach truck license
