Duties and Responsibilities

· The duties and responsibilities of a cleaning service manager can vary depending on the size and scope of the cleaning operation, but generally include the following:

· Supervision and Training: Overseeing a team of cleaners, assigning tasks, and ensuring they are properly trained in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the proper use of equipment and chemicals.

· Scheduling: Creating work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure adequate coverage, efficient use of resources, and timely completion of tasks.

· Quality Control: Inspecting work performed by cleaning staff to ensure it meets established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

· Inventory Management: Ordering and maintaining supplies, equipment, and cleaning products, as well as keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring proper storage.

· Customer Service: Interacting with clients to address concerns, provide updates on service schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Budgeting and Cost Control: Developing and managing budgets for cleaning supplies, labor, and other operational expenses, as well as identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements
