Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre/post contract administration, the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
- Prepare and assist in monitoring the progress claims and payments.
- Perform cost planning and cost control.
- Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments, assist in verifying subcontractor claims.
- Settle contractual disputes and prepare final accounts.
- In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of projects
- Overall responsible in providing detailed, requirement and working drawings
- Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications
- Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good Negotiating Skills
- Must be meticulous with positive work attitude
- Committed, analytical and able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned
- Independent and a good team player
