We are looking for an IT Operations Manager for one of our clients in Singapore. As an IT Operations Manager for the role, you will be tasked to:
Responsibilities:
- Management of administration and support of client's IT applications and services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT security policies.
- Manage and monitor the incident and problem management of client's IT applications and services.
- Develop guideline, process and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and systems monitoring.
- Manage contracts and budget of the assigned IT applications and services.
- Provide application support in all stages of development, testing and production.
Requirements:
- Relevant IT credentials and qualifications, minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performing the role in similar capacity.
- Candidates who have development experience with RPA Programming (UI Path), budget management, incident management handling, account access management and KPI reporting will be preferred.
