RESPONSIBILITIES
• To introduce our customers on the fit and features of our products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• To provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
• To selling, restocking, and merchandising.
• Build relationships with each customer and begin with the quality of their quality of their welcome when they walk into a store.
• Achieve agreed business unit sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team.
• Perform merchandise control function and maintain required stock level.
• Assist in brand campaigns, in-store promotions, pop-up events, and all ongoing brand activities.
• Work with the management to improve processes involving personnel, product, and systems.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2 - 3 years of retail experience.
• Sporty and have a passion for the active lifestyle
• Both Chinese and simple communicate English are required.
• You are passionate about customer service and creating a great brand experience in our boutique.
• You are a good team player are passionate about what you are doing, and you enjoy working with people.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and form relationship at all levels.
