Job Description:
- Conduct training on various treatment technique; theoretical and practical
- Conduct product knowledge training and treatment protocol
- Develop in-house skills assessment checklist; evaluating all therapists periodically
- Provide training to Staffs such as customer service sales skills, operation flow, SOP, grooming etc
- To perform role-playing with staff to ensure service standard is met
- Collaborating with marketing and retail operation team (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as Beauty workshops, seminars, and product launches) support new product launches and event
- To furnish the company with the latest marketing development and beauty information. Eg: competitors' activities and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the management team to monitor and evaluate staff's training needs.
- Other ad-hoc tasks required
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
