Responsibilities:
- Provided administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Monitoring and preparation of purchasing related reports.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, stapling, scanning, etc.
- Maintain and update supplier information such as track record, experience, product lines etc.
- Completes operations requirements by schedule and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to the team effort by completing relevant results as needed.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent on Business Admin.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
