Responsibilities:

  • Provided administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Monitoring and preparation of purchasing related reports.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, stapling, scanning, etc.
  • Maintain and update supplier information such as track record, experience, product lines etc.
  • Completes operations requirements by schedule and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
  • Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Contributes to the team effort by completing relevant results as needed.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent on Business Admin.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player

Location: Jurong East
