  • To assist Store Supervisor, manage good receipts, stock in, resolving discrepancies, to maintain required safety stocks.
  • Check materials received, quantities and specifications against order documents.
  • To ensure proper documents, store requisition (SR) is in place before stock out and data entry of SR into ERP system.
  • To ensure handling and storage of materials and assemblies’ accordance to ISO90001 and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy.
  • To ensure warehouse activities are efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories.
  • To ensure all material/inventory is correctly accounted for, reporting delivery discrepancies, and organizing monthly physical stock count.
  • To maintain / update the valid certificate for statutory/non-statutory equipment and arrange necessary service maintenance/calibration for expired equipment.
  • To sort & inspect the working condition of return statutory/non-statutory equipment.
  • To register and maintain issuance record of Personal protective equipment ("PPE")
  • Assist Store Supervisor for disposal arrangement of Industrial Toxic Waste and ferrous & non-ferrous Scrap.
  • Responsible to adopt good housekeeping and overall safety practice to achieve well-organized and safe working environment which comply to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy
  • Operating of forklift for Loading and unloading items.
  • Must always give priority to safety and health for yourself as well as your co-worker/peer and strictly follow the company’s environment, health and safety policy.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
