Job Responsibilities
- Aim to maximize orders/sales/operating profits over the med/long term in global DX/IT consulting services
- Expand and promote DX/IT consulting services globally
- Actively promote overseas M&A/Alliance, PMI, and manage these companies to improve on the lack of DX/IT consulting capabilities
- Plan and promote DX training, etc. for Yokogawa group employees to strengthen their capabilities regarding DX/IT consulting
Requirements
- More than 10 years of DX/IT consulting experience
- Experience managing a team of 10-30 or more people and achieving success as a team
- Ability to maintain a good balance between business perspective and customer perspective
- Good understanding of digital technology such as cloud, AI/ML, IIoT, Cybersecurity, etc.
