About the role
McConnell Dowell seeks a Project Administrator for one of our major infrastructure projects in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general project administration support and filing at site office.
- Assist in project-related finance administration and provide support on any employment matters.
- Assist the Site office for the preparation, retention, retrieval and filing of the project documentation.
- Assist in preparation of reports/ letters as required by project.
- Coordination of travel and leave matters for project personnel.
- Timely preparation of timesheets and expense reports for site personnel for payroll processing.
- Coordinate transference of physical documentation and movement of workers through managing the assigned site driver’s schedule on daily basis.
- Administer claims with main contractor/sub-contractor as applicable with regards to progress claims.
- Monitor stationeries/office supplies in the site office and liase with administrative team as needed for replenishment of supplies.
- In charge in of ad-hoc event planning at project site.
- Any other duties as may be required by the Project Manager or Company.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have;
- 3-4 years of admin or purchasing experience in a construction project.
- Competent user of MS office software, with working knowledge of wider applications.
- Transport pick up at Tuas West Road MRT.
- Able to work alt sat work week.
