Admin Assistant

Sin Century Engineering Pte. Ltd.

Job Description:

  • Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support
  • Assist in inventory management, logistic support & co-ordination
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning & faxing of documents, etc
  • Manage admin duties such as data entry, email, preparing of simple contracts & issuing of invoices, etc
  • Handling of mails and phone calls
  • Any ad-hoc duties, support and other general administrative works assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"N" Level
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
  • Bilingual – English and Chinese (in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customers inquiries over the phone or email.)
  • Positive attitude, team player, committed and responsible.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Able to commerce work ASAP.
  • No experience are welcomed, must be hardworking and willing to learn.
