- Manage and ensure a smooth operation across all departments to meet delivery deadlines.
- Liaise with department leads to coordinate inter-departmental schedule, makes technical decisions and ensuring resources are well maximised.
- Join site meeting to interact with external customers to negotiate on technical and contractual matters.
- Implement upgrading of workforce, cost effectiveness, improvement of manufacturing standard and quality control.
- Supervise and control all budget elements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of welding and machining experience in Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong leadership, planning, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
