Job description
- Provide administrative support for the company
- Provide basic accounting support to superior
- Support office in various general affairs
- To execute duties as assigned by superior
- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Handle office equipments, including photocopiers, telephone and computers
- Manage office inventory, order materials, supplies, and services as needed
- Prepare quotation and invoice
- Handling any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Positive attitude, willing to learn
- 5 days work
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- At least GCE 'O' Level
- Training Provided
