- Arrange automotive vehicle for preventive maintance
- Arrange vehicle for road tests
- Ordering of vehicle spare parts
- Arrange tow trucks for vehicle breakdown
- Liases with customers and arrange for vehicle pick up from customers' premises
- Complie monthly vehicle servicing reports
