Job Description
- Lead and manage the leasing team to maximise occupancy for the industrial properties.
- Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s industrial portfolio
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
- Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting (2 times in a year)
- Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support
- Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
- Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage
