Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base in the aluminium sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to optimize sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
· Stay updated on industry regulations, technological advancements, and best practices in aluminium sales.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· Experience in sales of fabricated aluminium products viz. aluminium windows, doors, fixed screen/ partitions, frameless/ point facades, conventional/ structural glazed curtain wall system, skylights-domes etc.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the aluminium sector.
· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· In-depth knowledge of aluminium products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
· Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
· Self-Driven, results oriented with a positive outlook towards job.
· Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
· Reliable, tolerant, determined and can work under pressure.
