We are actively looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Admin and Account Assistant.
Position: Part-Time Admin and Account Assistant
Location: Office located @ CBD Area or Remote Working (WFH)
Pay: $8 - $10 per hour (depending on job experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing and document management
- Handle basic accounting duties like checking supplier invoices and sales report
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients in English and Chinese
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative and/or accounting roles is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Working Hours:
Schedule can be negotiated based on availability.
Work Arrangement:
Office located in CBD Area or Remote Working
(WFH option would only be provided once training is completed for Candidate and Candidate proved competent in working independantly from home.)
