Job Description / Responsibilities:-
a. Ensure work progress in accordance with construction schedule;
b. Coordinate all aspects of the project works with relevant parties;
c. Monitor of quality, resources, procurement and risks;
d. Site surveying, measurement, documentation and proper complete report prior to project initiation;
e. Daily inspections to ensure proper quality check;
f. Inspections for work progress on site to ensure compliance with drawing;
g. Close site supervision of works to meet schedule and ensure timely completion of projects;
h. Assist to resolve all technical and engineering issues on site;
i. Maintain security and safety practices within the project site;
j. Attend all project related meetings;
Requirements:-
a. Secondary, Diploma in Project Management or equivalent;
b. Min 1 to 2 years relevant working experience;
c. Possesss strong problem solving abilities;
d. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
e. Able to work independently with min supervision;
f. Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Project as an added advantage.
