Job Description
1. BMC Helix ITSM
2. Understanding the requirements and functional design
3. Performing Build and Unit Test
4. Providing bug fix support for System Test
Must To Have Skills:
1. Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
2. Experience in providing technical support to clients.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and design effective solutions.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
