Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop daily production plans and develop Oils Planning strategy for major Turnaround.
- Oversee execution of production plans through close coordination with Operations and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with feedstock and supply teams to ensure timely feedstock discharges and product loadings.
- Maximize refinery HVP (High Value Product) yield through blending optimization.
- Maximise revenue through proactively identifying, evaluating, and implementing optimisation opportunities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve quality or plant issues promptly, while ensuring safe operations.
- Identify and address gaps in planning and production processes, and product qualities
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience in petrochemical or oil refinery industry. Fresh graduates may be considered, and relevant training will be provided.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and inter-personal skills.
- Experience with workflow automation, data visualisation, or scheduling software will be an added advantage
