The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated Document Controller to join our team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality control and organisation of all project documentation, including submitting the documents in a timely manner end ensuring compliance with project requirements.
You will also provide advice on records/documents management and develop and implement new processes.
As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work with colleagues across multiple offices and clients to ensure the smooth flow of information and documents.
The Skills
- Previous experience implementing and maintaining quality/document control systems or record management, ideally on multidisciplinary, large-scale projects, preferably within the Construction, Building or Engineering industry.
- Previous change management experience and the ability to bring people along for the journey.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to carry out the processing of documentation – quality assurance.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- Willingness to make recommendations for procedural improvement including elevation of known inefficiencies.
- Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Good understanding of technical and engineering terminology
