Responsibilities:
- Create Conceptual, Submission, Tender, and Construction Drawings using Revit.
- Develop 3D Renderings and Presentation Material.
- Manage projects from Concept to Completion.
- Address site and technical challenges.
- Apply knowledge of Contract Administration.
- Coordinate with the project team.
- Handle general project administration.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Residential and Industrial Development Projects.
- Familiarity with local regulations and authority submissions.
- Strong technical knowledge and detailing.
- Proficient in Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max.
